Ideas :
reflections and hope.
I have been painting for many years now.
The love of it began when I was quite young and has lasted through many ups and downs.
Ideas blow through me like the wind -
blowing through the trees,
unseen,
known,
felt.
I know I’m on to something
when they begin to flow
like waves,
or a rushing current.
They move through my life
in rhythmic patterns,
gusts and sequences.
Creativity isn’t linear.
It breathes,
expands, and contracts.
There are times when I create with ease.
When making the time to transmute my thoughts into things feels like a breeze.
Turning thought energy (potential energy) into something tangible.
I put my inspiration (or the ideas I’ve been playing with) into a concrete form.
Something I can share.
It’s not about forcing creativity during the busy seasons or expecting inspiration to strike at the “right” time. It’s about learning to embrace the process—both the highs and the lulls.
Over the years, I’ve accumulated countless paintings—finished pieces, overpainted experiments, and unfinished ideas that still hold promise. Each one feels like a snapshot of a particular moment in this ongoing process. And now, as I sift through these remnants, I’m reminded that art isn’t just about the final product.
It’s about the journey—the stops, starts, and everything in between.

It’s a space where I have started to share not just my work but the stories and processes behind it—a way to celebrate creativity in any way that it presents itself.
